We aim to deliver the best in quality, design, and service.

If the products do not live up to the high standard quality we promise we will help you exchange or return your items.

We provide free returns within 14 days of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition with included accessories, and in their original packaging with all accompanying documents like cards, tags and certificates. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unused products.

We reserve the right to reduce the amount of any applicable refund if the above guidelines are not followed. If this is the case you will be informed in advance and get the opportunity to choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.

To be able to return your product, please email us a clear photo of the product and the reason of return at return@kidoustudios.com.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label with instructions through mail. You will have 7 days to ship the parcel after receiving your return label. If your return is not accepted due to not fulfilling the return requirements, you will be notified through mail.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do only accept exchanges if you want to change to another color of the same model. If you wish to change to a different model we recommend that you return your purchased product and place a new order.

Refunds/exchanges will be issued once your returned product has been received by us. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take a few business days for the money to be transferred.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product from us you should contact us immediately to ensure us that it is a production defect or delivery damage.

The same applies if you have received the wrong item/size from what you originally ordered.

Please note that customized products are non-returnable.
