Gold is a relatively soft material and therefore is susceptible to dents and scratches. Diamonds can only be scratched by other diamonds, but they are also brittle and therefore susceptible to impacts. A blow on a hard or sharp object can create damage to the diamond or cause the diamond to loosen from its setting.

Our jewelry is made to withstand daily use but it must nevertheless be treated with care. We recommend you to take off your jewelry when doing housework, gardening or other physical activities like going to the gym. Also avoid strong chemicals since it can cause damage to the jewelry.

How to clean your jewelry

If you want to clean your jewelry please use warm water with soap and wipe with a soft cotton cloth. Avoid any chemicals or abrasives as it can damage the finish and surface of your jewelry.

We provide a two year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. This warranty applies only to jewelry that is cared for and used according to our care instructions that you find above. For the claim to be valid you need to have the proof of purchase.
